Job Summary

We are currently hiring dedicated local delivery drivers for an appliance delivery and installation account based in Indianapolis, IN. This is a consistent, year-round, home-daily position perfect for professionals who enjoy staying active and providing high-quality customer service. Drivers will operate within a 200-mile radius of Indianapolis, delivering, unloading, and installing a variety of household appliances, including refrigerators, ovens, dishwashers, and washers/dryers. This role involves both independent work and team collaboration, requiring a focus on safety and precision.

Responsibilities

Load, secure, and unload appliances at residential, apartment, business, and builder locations.

Execute approximately 30 to 35 multi-stop deliveries per week, totaling 250 to 500 units.

Perform professional installations of appliances following manufacturer specifications.

Remove and haul away old or damaged appliances as required.

Operate delivery equipment, including ramps, dollies, and lift gates, safely and efficiently.

Provide exceptional customer service during every client interaction.

Review and follow detailed installation manuals and safety procedures.

Report to the Indianapolis cross-dock facility for staging and route dispatch.

Requirements

Valid Driver's License.

Minimum of 3 months tractor-trailer experience.

Physical ability to lift, move, and install heavy appliances daily.

Mechanical aptitude and experience using basic hand tools is highly preferred.

Experience with dollies, pallet jacks, lift gates, and ramps is preferred.

Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently as required by DOT regulations.

Ability to successfully complete a 3 to 4-week comprehensive paid training program.

Reliable personal transportation to and from the terminal (trucks cannot be taken home).
