Job Summary

We are currently seeking professional Class A CDL Drivers for a local delivery position based in Channahon, IL. This role is ideal for drivers who value daily home time and consistent, steady work. You will be responsible for transporting appliances and large household products to store locations within a 250-mile radius of the terminal. Responsibilities

Operate day cab tractors to complete local deliveries within a 250-mile radius of the Channahon terminal.

Perform hands-on loading and unloading of appliances and heavy household products using ramps and dollies.

Manage return freight, including damaged or replaced appliances, as required.

Ensure all deliveries are completed safely and on time while maintaining a professional, customer-facing demeanor.

Participate in comprehensive orientation and paid training to ensure proficiency in our delivery procedures.

Perform daily vehicle inspections and maintain modern, well-maintained equipment.

Requirements

Valid Class A CDL.

Minimum of 3 months of recent tractor-trailer driving experience.

Ability to perform physical labor, including heavy lifting and moving freight throughout the shift.

Experience using dollies is preferred.

A safe driving record and the ability to meet all DOT requirements.

Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
