Job Summary

We are seeking professional Class A CDL Drivers for a dedicated flatbed account based in Hillsboro, IL. This role offers the stability of consistent, year-round freight and the convenience of daily home time. Drivers will operate throughout Illinois, Iowa, Indiana, Kentucky, and Missouri, hauling preloaded flatbed freight using modern day cab tractors with automatic transmissions.

Responsibilities

Safely operate a commercial motor vehicle within the designated operating area.

Secure and strap all flatbed loads to meet safety standards before transport.

Perform multi-stop deliveries, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Maintain a strong commitment to safety and compliance with all DOT regulations.

Follow all site-specific safety protocols, including the proper use of required PPE (hard hat, reflective vest, steel-toe boots, safety glasses, and gloves).

Maintain equipment and keep the tractor at the terminal during time off.

Requirements

Valid Class A Commercial Driver License (CDL).

Minimum of 3 months of recent tractor-trailer experience.

Flatbed experience is preferred but not required; training provided.

Ability to secure loads using straps and standard securement equipment.

Willingness to operate in all weather conditions.

Clean, safe driving record.

Ability to pass a mandatory drug screen and background check.

Must meet all Department of Transportation (DOT) physical and safety requirements.
