Delivery Driver and Installer

Job Summary

We are currently seeking dedicated Delivery Installers for a local final-mile operation based in Aurora, CO. This role is perfect for active, service-oriented individuals who take pride in delivering and installing high-quality products. As a key member of our team, you will start each day at our warehouse, load your truck, and complete residential and commercial deliveries across the region. You will work alongside a delivery helper to ensure that appliances, furniture, fitness equipment, and patio items are safely transported and professionally installed.

Responsibilities

Safely operate a straight truck to complete multiple local deliveries throughout the day.

Load and unload products using equipment such as lift gates, pallet jacks, dollies, and ramps.

Perform basic assembly and installation of furniture, appliances, and exercise equipment at customer homes, businesses, and construction sites.

Partner with a delivery helper to navigate multi-story buildings and move heavy items, including maneuvering up and down stairs.

Provide exceptional customer service and clear communication at every delivery stop.

Pick up customer returns as required by the dispatch team.

Adhere to all safety protocols and DOT regulations.

Requirements

Valid Driver's License (CDL not required; R-restriction on license is acceptable).

Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds independently and maneuver items weighing up to 600 pounds using team-lift techniques and professional equipment.

Prior experience in delivery, installation, moving, warehouse, or general transportation is preferred.

Comfortable using basic hand and power tools to follow installation instructions and service manuals.

Strong customer service skills and a professional, solution-oriented attitude.

Must be able to read, write, and speak English in accordance with DOT requirements.

Requirement to provide and wear steel-toe or composite-toe boots/shoes.
