JOB DESCRIPTION: CLASS A CDL LOCAL DRIVER - DECATUR, AR

JOB SUMMARY

We are currently seeking professional Class A CDL Drivers for a dedicated local account based in Decatur, AR. This is a full-time position offering daily home time, consistent year-round freight, and no-touch operations. Drivers will be responsible for shuttling refrigerated trailers within a 150-mile radius, ensuring efficient transport between processing plants and cold storage facilities. RESPONSIBILITIES

Safely operate tractor-trailers within a 150-mile radius of the Decatur terminal.

Shuttle loaded refrigerated trailers between processing plants and cold storage facilities.

Perform trailer repositioning to maintain efficient trailer pool inventory.

Operate in all weather conditions, including rain, snow, and inclement weather.

Maintain a focus on safety and compliance with all DOT regulations.

Operate within a slip-seat configuration, keeping trucks at the terminal during time off.

REQUIREMENTS

Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).

Minimum of 3 months of recent tractor-trailer experience.

Clean and safe driving record.

Must meet all Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements.

Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Commitment to operating safely in various weather conditions.

Note: Riders and pets are not permitted. Trucks cannot be taken home.

Average Weekly Pay: $1,250 - $1,400.
