JOB DESCRIPTION: CLASS A CDL DEDICATED TIRE DELIVERY DRIVER

JOB SUMMARY

We are currently seeking professional Class A CDL Drivers for a dedicated tire distribution account. This regional position offers consistent freight, steady routes, and year-round work. This is an ideal opportunity for drivers who take pride in customer service and prefer an active role that involves more than just sitting behind the wheel. You will be supported by an experienced operations team committed to your success and stability.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Safely transport preloaded tire shipments from the distribution center to retail locations.

- Perform physical, touch-freight unloading by unstacking and rolling tires (ranging from 30 to 200 pounds) from trailers loaded floor to ceiling.

- Use a dolly cart to deliver additional parts and supplies as needed.

- Conduct accurate piece counts at every stop and complete all required delivery documentation.

- Ensure freight is properly secured and organized after each stop.

- Manage backhauls and store returns.

- Maintain professional equipment and representation of the company.

- Remain flexible to assist with other dedicated accounts, vacation coverage, or seasonal freight surges when necessary.

REQUIREMENTS

- Valid Class A Commercial Driver License (CDL).

- Minimum of 3 months of verified Class A tractor-trailer experience.

- Physical ability to safely handle and unload freight weighing up to 200 pounds.

- Strong commitment to safety and a dependable, professional work ethic.

- Excellent customer service skills and high attention to detail.

- Ability to accurately verify and count freight.
