Job Summary:

We are seeking experienced Owner Operators for a high-earning, no-force-dispatch opportunity, primarily operating east of I-35. This position provides the freedom to manage your business independently while leveraging a vast freight network, strong revenue potential, and industry-leading discounts. Drivers have the flexibility to select freight that aligns with their schedules and business goals. Responsibilities:

- Operate primarily east of I-35

- Manage dry van freight loads

- Access load boards to plan your own routes

- Book freight loads that best suit your business needs

- Pre-plan up to four loads simultaneously

- Engage primarily in drop-and-hook operations, while also having access to live-load opportunities

- Enjoy no forced dispatch, allowing you to choose the freight that works best for you

Requirements:

- Valid Class A CDL

- Minimum 3 months of tractor-trailer driving experience

- Sleeper tractor required

- Tractor must weigh 20,000 lbs. or less

- Fifth wheel height of 47.5 inches or less

- Non-trucking liability and occupational insurance required
