Regional Class A CDL Driver - Dedicated

Job Summary

We are seeking Regional Class A CDL Drivers with a minimum of 3 months of tractor-trailer experience to transport a variety of freight for multiple customers in the Northeast. This is a service-critical position requiring drivers to maintain an exceptional on-time pickup and delivery rate of 98% or higher.

Responsibilities

- Operate a tractor-trailer to transport freight primarily across the Northeast.

- Ensure timely pickups and deliveries to maintain a 98%+ on-time performance metric.

- Manage a diverse range of freight for multiple clients.

- Maintain accurate records of mileage and delivery schedules.

- Comply with all federal and state regulations regarding transportation.

Requirements

- Must hold a valid Class A CDL.

- Minimum of 3 months of experience with tractor-trailer driving.

- Must reside within 60 miles of the hiring area.

- Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to fluctuating freight demands.

Benefits

- Competitive weekly pay ranging from $1,200 to $1,500, determined by a tiered mileage system:

- 0–50 miles: $80 flat

- 51–80 miles: $1.25 per mile

- 81–250 miles: $0.80 per mile

- 251+ miles: $0.65 per mile

- Average weekly miles: approximately 1,800; may fluctuate based on freight mix.
