**Job Title:** OTR Class A CDL Driver

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking experienced OTR Class A CDL drivers to join our team. The ideal candidates will have at least 3 months of tractor-trailer experience and will be dedicated to servicing a single customer. Our drivers can expect to run between 2,500 to 3,000 miles weekly, primarily in the states of Mississippi, Tennessee, and Ohio, with additional freight flowing through West Pennsylvania, Indiana, Michigan, Kentucky, Illinois, Wisconsin, Alabama, and Georgia.

**Responsibilities:**

- Operate tractor-trailer vehicles over long distances, ensuring safe and timely delivery of freight.

- Maintain excellent communication with dispatch and logistics teams.

- Complete timely drop-and-hook operations, as 65% of our freight involves this process; the remainder requires live load/unload.

- Report to the Willard, OH terminal for assignments and support.

- Adhere to all safety regulations and policies throughout the duration of the haul.

**Requirements:**

- Valid Class A CDL license with at least 3 months of experience in driving tractor-trailers.

- Hazmat endorsement preferred, but not required.

- Ability to work a schedule with 2 days of home time every 2 weeks.

- Strong work ethic and commitment to excellent customer service.
