Semi-local Class A CDL Driver

Job Summary

We are seeking Semi-local Class A CDL drivers with a minimum of 3 months of tractor-trailer experience to deliver grocery freight across multiple states, including Minnesota, Wisconsin, Iowa, Nebraska, Illinois, Missouri, Indiana, Ohio, Michigan, and Kentucky. Drivers can expect to run approximately 2,200 miles weekly and enjoy flexible schedules with significant home time.

Responsibilities

- Safely operate assigned sleeper trucks for the delivery of grocery freight.

- Deliver freight to stores, utilizing an electric pallet jack for unloading.

- Adhere to a schedule that includes 10–12 hour shifts starting between 11 PM–1 AM.

- Follow the assigned delivery routes and comply with all safety regulations.

- Maintain communication with dispatch and report any issues immediately.

- Ensure that all shipments are loaded and unloaded according to company procedures.

Requirements

- Valid Class A CDL.

- At least 3 months of experience operating a tractor-trailer.

- Ability to work flexible hours including night shifts and weekends.

- Must be able to unload freight using an electric pallet jack.

- Good communication skills and teamwork-oriented mindset.

Benefits

- Competitive annual pay ranging from $82,000 to $96,200.

- Mileage pay between $0.54 and $0.58 per mile plus $50 weekend-load pay.

- Home 2–3 nights weekly, with a reset period.

- Assigned sleeper trucks remain at the account during off time.

- Multiple 5-day work schedule options available: Fri–Tue, Sat–Wed, Tue–Sat, or Thu–Mon.
