Class A CDL Driver - Regional Dedicated

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a Class A CDL Driver with a minimum of 3 months of tractor-trailer experience to join our team. In this role, you will navigate various routes, delivering freight safely and efficiently.

**Responsibilities**

- Conduct 100% driver unloads (box-by-box via rollers) for an average of 2 loads per week.

- Complete 3-5 stops per delivery route within designated states including IA, OK, MO, WI, AR, IL, KS, MN, NE, SD, ND, and CO.

- Maintain a schedule of early AM deliveries, which may include night driving.

- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.

- Successfully complete a 10-hour break before unloading.

**Requirements**

- Valid Class A CDL with at least 3 months of tractor-trailer experience.

- Ability to handle night, weekend, and holiday deliveries.

- Strong communication and time management skills.

- Experience with International, Freightliner, and Kenworth tractors is a plus.

**Benefits**

- $2,500 sign-on bonus.

- Weekly average pay of $1,825 ($95,000 annually).

- Additional compensation of $285 for full trailer unload, $20 per stop, and $50 per backhaul.

- Competitive CPM structure: $0.75 CPM, with an all-in pay of $1.18 (including accessorial and stop pay).

- One week of paid ride-along training at $150/day after orientation.

- Weekly home time for a 34-hour reset.
