Class A CDL Driver - Regional Dedicated

We are hiring Class A CDL Drivers for a high‑earning OTR position hauling fresh and frozen groceries from Ogden, UT to distributors nationwide. This role offers long‑haul stability, strong weekly miles, and a predictable 6‑on / 34‑off schedule with home resets weekly (plus one over‑the‑road reset per month). Drivers run 11–13 hour days, average 5 layovers per week, and deliver across the West, Midwest, South, and East Coast—including WA, OR, CA, TX, CO, KS, MN, IL, IN, OH, PA, GA, FL, NY, NJ, and MA. Freight is a mix of single and multi‑stop loads, with customers live‑unloading at delivery.

Drivers must be comfortable chaining, running mountain passes, and occasionally resetting over the road. Backhauls are required, and new hires complete OTR training with a trainer (hotels provided during training). Assigned automatic sleeper trucks can be taken home with management approval and safe parking. This position includes a $5,000 sign‑on bonus with standard eligibility requirements and offers strong earning potential for drivers who want consistent miles and nationwide routes.

Schedule

• 6 consecutive days on
• 34‑hour reset at home weekly
• One OTR reset per month
• Start: 4 AM–9 AM
• 11–13 hour days

Requirements

• Class A CDL
• 3+ months experience
• Must chain in winter
• Comfortable with mountain passes
• Willing to assist other DCS/JBI accounts

Equipment

• Automatic International sleepers
• Can bring personal fridge
• Take‑home allowed with approval + safe parking
• Assigned trucks
