Class A CDL Driver - Local Dedicated

We are hiring Class A CDL Drivers for a full‑time local grocery‑delivery position operating within a 250‑mile radius of Westfield, MA. This role offers strong annual earnings, consistent multistop reefer freight, and early‑morning start times between 1:00 AM and 3:00 AM. Drivers haul fresh and frozen groceries on 46’–53’ reefers to supermarkets and distribution centers across the NYC boroughs, Long Island, NJ, and New England. Expect 12–14 hour shifts, one long load per day, and occasional short follow‑up loads when hours allow. Freight is labor‑assisted, with 1–3 pallets per stop using electric or manual pallet jacks and liftgates.

Drivers average 31 stops per week, pick up return product or backhauls, and may support nearby accounts as needed. NYC deliveries are curbside, while NJ and Long Island may be dock or curbside. Trucks are slip‑seated daycabs (automatic or manual), uniforms are provided, and drivers must have reliable transportation. Customer service skills are essential, and drivers work holidays if scheduled unless the account is not running. Occasional layovers occur, with hotel provided.

Extra Pay

• $50/day daily rate (must work all 5 days)
• $19–$20.50 per non‑liftgate stop
• $23–$24.50 per Long Island/NJ stop
• $30–$31.50 per NYC borough or Boston stop
• $100 per layover
• Detention paid in 15‑min increments

Schedule

• Friday–Tuesday
• Start: 1:00 AM–3:00 AM
• 12–14 hour shifts
• Occasional layovers (hotel provided)

• Ability to unload pallets with pallet jack
• Reliable transportation
• Uniforms required
