Class A CDL Driver - Dedicated Regional

We are hiring Class A CDL Drivers for a dedicated regional position offering strong pay, consistent miles, and steady refrigerated freight across the Northeast. Drivers will haul preloaded poultry loads to distribution centers with minimal touch freight. This is a great opportunity for drivers who want reliable weekly home time, high CPM pay, and consistent routes in a busy, year-round operation.

Drivers can expect a Tuesday–Saturday schedule with start times between 7 PM and 3 AM. You’ll average 3 loads and about 5 stops per week, with occasional backhauls. Most freight is no-touch, and drivers may run into NYC and surrounding boroughs. This role is ideal for drivers comfortable with night driving and regional runs.

Position Highlights:

• $5,000 sign-on bonus
• $88,000+ average annual pay
• $0.74–$0.76 CPM
• Weekly home time (34-hour reset)
• 1–2 additional home nights possible (not guaranteed)
