Class A CDL Driver - Semi-Local Routes (Midwest)

We are hiring Class A CDL Drivers for a dedicated semi-local position offering excellent pay, steady freight, and a strong work environment. This role includes a mix of regional and local runs delivering to retail locations and distribution centers, primarily in IL, IN, WI, OH, and MI. Drivers enjoy consistent miles, no-touch freight, and opportunities for additional earnings through bonuses and extra days.

Position Highlights:

• $7,500 sign-on bonus
• $84,000–$90,000 annual average
• $0.63–$0.745 CPM (based on route type & tenure)
• 2,500+ miles per week
• $100 weekly supplemental pay

Job Details:

• 75% regional / 25% local runs
• No-touch freight (mostly drop & hook)
• $20–$30 stop pay + $30 backhaul pay
• Hazmat required within 90 days (reimbursed)
• Home most days, 2–3 layovers
