We are hiring experienced Class A CDL Drivers for a dedicated, full-time regional flatbed opportunity. This position offers strong weekly earnings, consistent freight, and the opportunity to run a specialized account with excellent pay incentives.

Position Highlights:
- Average annual earnings of $87,700 to $100,000
- Mileage pay ranging from $0.64 to $0.68 CPM
- Average of approximately 2,300 miles per week
- Full-time position with consistent freight
- Assigned truck – take home allowed
Route Information:
- Operating throughout Illinois, Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, Iowa, Wisconsin, Michigan, Pennsylvania, Missouri, Nebraska, Ohio, Indiana, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Virginia
- Hauling concrete fiber siding between plant locations and customer job sites
- Primarily plant-to-plant and customer deliveries
- Approximately 4 stops per week
- 90% live unload / 10% drop & hook
- Nearly all loads are preloaded
Schedule:
- Sunday through Thursday
- Start time around 8:00 AM
- Typical workdays are 10+ hours
- Drivers stay out during the week
- Potential to get home once midweek depending on route and location
- Off on Thanksgiving and Christmas (optional work available)
Compensation:
- Mileage-based pay between $0.64 and $0.68 CPM
- $35 per stop
- $25 tarp pay per load
- $15/hour breakdown pay (including weather delays)
- Consistent miles and strong earning potential
Driver Responsibilities:
- Secure loads using straps and tarps
- Tarp loads using two tarps (approx. 75 lbs each)
- Ensure load safety and compliance during transit
- Complete deliveries to plants, customer sites, and job locations
- Maintain accurate logs and delivery paperwork
Requirements:
- Valid Class A CDL
- Minimum of 3 months driving experience
- Ability to handle physically demanding work (tarping and securement)
- Willingness to learn flatbed (training provided)
- Strong work ethic and safety mindset
Equipment:
- Automatic sleeper trucks
- 48’ lightweight flatbed trailers (spread axle)
- No slip seating
- Trucks can be taken home (must have safe/legal parking)
