We are hiring experienced Class A CDL Drivers for a dedicated, full-time regional opportunity based out of Canal Winchester, OH. This position offers strong weekly earnings, a consistent weekday schedule, and steady freight with a reputable account.
This role is ideal for drivers looking for reliable Monday–Friday work with solid pay and predictable routes.
Position Highlights:
- $2,000 sign-on bonus
- Average annual earnings of $90,000+
- Mileage pay ranging from $0.605 to $0.625 CPM based on experience
- Average of approximately 1,700+ miles per week
- Full-time position with consistent freight
Route Information:
- Operating throughout Ohio, Illinois, Indiana, Pennsylvania, Kentucky, Michigan, Maryland, Virginia, and West Virginia
- Delivering plumbing supplies to customer locations
- Using curtain-side trailers for side unloading
- Average of approximately 10 stops per week
- Customer unloads freight; driver secures and manages load
Schedule:
- Monday through Friday
- Start time around 7:00 AM
- Typical workdays are 10 to 12 hours
- Optional weekend work available
- Potential to pass through home 1–2 times per week (not guaranteed)
Compensation:
- Mileage-based pay:
- $0.605 CPM (0–1 year)
- $0.615 CPM (1–2 years)
- $0.625 CPM (2+ years)
- $48 per stop
- Consistent miles and activity supporting strong weekly earnings
Sign-On Bonus:
- $2,000 total payout
- Paid in increments after dispatch milestones
- Must meet eligibility requirements and remain in position to receive full payout
Driver Responsibilities:
- Secure loads using straps
- Open and close curtain-side trailers during deliveries
- Unstrap freight at delivery location and re-secure after unloading
- Maintain safe, on-time deliveries
- Assist other accounts when needed
Requirements:
- Valid Class A CDL
- Minimum of 3 months driving experience
- Ability to secure loads safely
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to perform light physical work related to load securement
Equipment:
- Automatic sleeper trucks (Freightliner & International)
- Curtain-side/flatbed-style trailers
- Trucks remain at the Canal Winchester yard during time off
