We are hiring experienced Class A CDL Drivers for a dedicated, full-time regional opportunity based out of Lebanon, IN. This position offers steady miles, consistent freight, and strong weekly earning potential.

Position Highlights:
- $5,000 sign-on bonus
- Average annual earnings of $84,500+
- Mileage pay of $0.47 CPM
- Average of approximately 2,200+ miles per week
- Full-time position with consistent freight
Route Information:
- Operating throughout Indiana, Illinois, Iowa, Wisconsin, Minnesota, North Dakota, Michigan, Ohio, and Pennsylvania
- Delivering trailer parts and supplies to customer locations
- Average of approximately 20 stops per week
- Freight is tailgated using pallet jacks
- Drivers secure freight using straps or chains when needed
- Occasional support for other accounts, including intermodal and third-party freight
Schedule:
- Sunday through Thursday
- Start times between 6:00 AM and 10:00 AM
- Consistent weekly schedule with steady workload
Compensation:
- Mileage-based pay at $0.47 CPM
- $20 per stop
- $325–$365 per day for outsourced work
- $50 bonus for working a 6th day
- Consistent miles supporting strong weekly earnings
Sign-On Bonus:
- $5,000 total payout
- Paid in increments after dispatch milestones
- Must meet eligibility requirements and remain in position to receive full payout
Driver Responsibilities:
- Deliver parts and supplies to customers
- Tailgate freight using pallet jack
- Secure freight with straps or chains as required
- Assist with other accounts when needed
- Maintain safe and timely deliveries
Requirements:
- Valid Class A CDL
- Minimum of 3 months driving experience
- Willingness to handle physical freight tasks
- Flexibility to assist other accounts and run varied loads
- Ability to work occasional night shifts when needed
Equipment:
- Automatic sleeper trucks (Freightliner & International)
- Standard dry van trailers
- Truck parked at Flying J in Lebanon, IN
