We are hiring experienced Class A CDL Drivers for a dedicated, full-time regional opportunity with a major retail account. This position offers steady miles, consistent freight, and reliable weekly scheduling.

Position Highlights:
- $5,000 sign-on bonus
- Average annual earnings of $72,000+
- Mileage pay ranging from $0.60 to $0.64 CPM
- Average of approximately 1,900+ miles per week
- Full-time position with consistent freight
- No-touch freight
Route Information:
- Operating throughout Ohio, Illinois, Missouri, New York, Pennsylvania, Virginia, West Virginia, Indiana, Michigan, and Kentucky
- Delivering retail freight to store locations and distribution centers
- Mix of regional and multi-local runs
- Store deliveries are receiver unload or drop
- Vendor pickups and third-party backhauls required
Schedule:
- Monday through Friday schedule
- Rotating weekend work required (approximately once every 3 weeks)
- Start times between 2:00 AM and 6:00 AM (assigned and consistent)
- Typical workdays are 10 to 14 hours
- Drivers work most holidays (off Thanksgiving and Christmas)
Compensation:
- Mileage-based pay between $0.60 and $0.64 CPM
- Consistent miles supporting steady weekly income
Sign-On Bonus:
- $5,000 total payout
- Paid in increments after dispatch milestones
- Must meet eligibility requirements and remain in position to receive full payout
Driver Responsibilities:
- Deliver freight to retail store locations
- Complete vendor pickups and backhauls
- Operate safely and maintain delivery schedules
- Assist other accounts when needed
Requirements:
- Valid Class A CDL
- Minimum of 3 months driving experience
- Must obtain Hazmat endorsement within 90 days
- Strong work ethic and commitment to safety
- Ability to work flexible schedules including occasional weekends
Equipment:
- Automatic sleeper trucks
- Standard dry van trailers
- Truck take-home options may be available (based on location and approval)
