We are hiring experienced Class A CDL Drivers for a dedicated, full-time regional intermodal opportunity. This position offers strong weekly earnings, flexible scheduling, and consistent freight across the Midwest.

Position Highlights:
- $10,000 sign-on bonus
- Average annual earnings of $86,000 to $89,000
- Mileage pay ranging from $0.64 to $0.69 CPM
- Average of approximately 2,200 miles per week
- Full-time position with consistent freight
- Weekly 48-hour home time
Route Information:
- Operating throughout Wisconsin, Iowa, Illinois, Michigan, Indiana, Ohio, and Kentucky
- Running intermodal freight on company-owned containers and chassis
- Approximately 75% drop and hook / 25% live load and unload
- Occasional refrigerated freight (about 5%)
- High-volume, consistent intermodal lanes
Schedule:
- Drivers choose any two consecutive days off (excluding Saturday & Sunday)
- Flexible start times (must remain consistent week to week)
- Home weekly for 48-hour reset
- Opportunity to get through the house for a 10-hour break when nearby (not guaranteed)
Compensation:
- CPM-based pay (approx. 70% of earnings):
- Starting at $0.64 CPM
- Stop/exception pay (approx. 30% of earnings):
- $65 per live stop
- $35 per drop & hook
- Strong earning potential with consistent miles and activity
Sign-On Bonus:
- $10,000 total payout
- Paid in increments after dispatch milestones
- Must meet eligibility requirements and remain in position to receive full payout
Driver Responsibilities:
- Haul intermodal containers safely and efficiently
- Operate between rail ramps and customer locations
- Maintain on-time pickups and deliveries
- Follow company safety standards and procedures
Requirements:
- Valid Class A CDL
- Minimum of 3 months driving experience
- Must obtain Hazmat endorsement within 90 days
- Strong work ethic and commitment to safety
- Ability to run regional routes and manage schedule flexibility
Equipment:
- Automatic sleeper trucks (Freightliner & International)
- Average fleet age of ~2.5 years
- Company-owned equipment (tractors, containers, chassis)
- Trucks may need to be parked at terminal depending on location
