Class A CDL Local Driver

We are hiring Class A CDL Drivers for a full‑time local position operating throughout MD, NJ, VA, DE, and PA. This role offers strong weekly earnings, consistent home‑daily scheduling, and steady multistop freight. Drivers run 48’–53’ swing‑door trailers with 2–4 loads per day and 1–4 stops per load. This is a no‑touch freight position with 75% drop‑and‑hook and 25% live load/unload. Start times run 3:00 AM–6:00 AM, Tuesday–Saturday, with 11–12 hour shifts and the ability to work up to 14 hours when delays occur.

Drivers earn competitive CPM pay, immediate detention, weekly attendance bonuses, and additional pay for emergency loads and placarded hazmat loads. Hazmat must be obtained within 30 days (reimbursed). Newer daycabs are slip‑seated as needed, uniforms are required, and drivers are home daily with guaranteed Thanksgiving and Christmas Day off. PTO begins immediately and increases with tenure.

Position Highlights:

• Annual earnings: $80,000+
• $0.69 CPM
• ~1,800 miles/week

Extra Pay:

• $4 detention per 15 minutes (immediate)
• $100/week attendance bonus ($5,000/year)
• $100 per emergency load
• $25 per placarded hazmat load

Schedule:

• Tuesday–Saturday
• Start: 3:00 AM–6:00 AM
• 11–12 hour shifts (up to 14 when needed)
• Off Thanksgiving & Christmas Day

Requirements:

• Class A CDL
• 3+ months experience
• Hazmat within 30 days (reimbursed)
• Uniform shirt required
