Class A CDL Local Driver

We are hiring Class A CDL Drivers for a full‑time local position operating within a 250‑mile radius of Westfield, MA. This role offers steady earnings, consistent multistop grocery deliveries, and home‑daily scheduling Sunday–Thursday. Drivers haul fresh and frozen groceries on 46’–53’ reefer trailers to supermarkets and distribution centers across NJ, CT, MA, VT, RI, and NH. Expect 12–14 hour shifts with start times between 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM, plus occasional layovers with hotel provided.

This is a labor‑assisted position where drivers unload 1–3 pallets per stop using a pallet jack. Routes average 31 stops per week, typically one long load per day with a possible short follow‑up load. Drivers may support nearby accounts as needed. Trucks are slip‑seated daycabs that remain on site, uniforms are provided, and drivers must have reliable transportation. Customer service skills are essential, and drivers should expect to work all holidays.

Position Highlights:

• Annual earnings: $70,000+
• $0.50–$0.54 CPM
• ~1,865 miles/week
• Local home‑daily reefer work
• Avg 31 stops/week

Extra Pay:

• $50/day daily rate (must work all 5 days)
• $19–$20.50 per non‑liftgate stop
• $23–$24.50 per Long Island/NJ stop
• $30–$31.50 per NYC borough or Boston stop
• $100 per layover
• Detention paid in 15‑min increments

Schedule:

• Sunday–Thursday
• Start: 10:00 AM–2:00 PM
• 12–14 hour shifts
• Occasional layovers (hotel provided)

Requirements:

• Class A CDL
• 3+ months experience
• Ability to unload pallets with pallet jack
• Reliable transportation
• Uniforms required
