Class A CDL Driver - Dedicated

We are hiring Class A CDL Drivers for a high‑earning Flex OTR/Regional position operating throughout CO, UT, CA, ID, WA, OR, MT, NE, AZ, NM, and TX. This role is ideal for drivers who want maximum miles, strong CPM pay, and the ability to run a mix of OTR, regional, and local work. Drivers support multiple accounts across the West region 50–75% of the year and may travel for 2–3 weeks at a time when assisting out‑of‑state operations. Start times run 5:00 AM–9:00 AM, Sunday–Thursday, with peak season in the summer.

When running Carlisle freight, drivers haul flatbed loads of roofing and building materials, with 60–80% hazmat loads. Freight is preloaded, but drivers must strap, secure, and tarp as needed. Tarping averages once per week, and strapping requires climbing stairs and working at heights. Drivers must be willing to chain (average 15 times per year), run mountain routes, and obtain hazmat within 90 days (reimbursed). Assigned sleeper trucks may be taken home with approval.

Position Highlights:

• Annual earnings: $110,000–$130,000
• $0.64–$0.68 CPM (annual increases until max)
• ~2,425 miles/week
• Flex position: outsourced 50–75% of the year
• Daily rate when outsourced: $325–$425/day
• Peak season in summer

Schedule:

• Sunday–Thursday
• Start: 5:00 AM–9:00 AM
• Home for Thanksgiving & Christmas (weather permitting)
• Travel 2–3 weeks when supporting out‑of‑state accounts

Requirements:

• Class A CDL
• 3+ months experience
• Hazmat within 90 days
• Ability to chain, tarp, and run mountain routes
• Willing to support multiple accounts

• Assigned automatic sleeper trucks
• International models
• 53’ flatbed trailers
• Take‑home with management approval

Additional Info:

• 60–80% hazmat loads
• Shipper loads; driver straps/tarps
• Receiver unloads
• Hotel + per diem provided when not in sleeper
