Class A CDL Driver - Semi-Local

We are hiring Class A CDL Drivers for a full‑time Support Fleet position operating throughout the Midwest. This role offers high annual earning potential, steady weekly miles, and the flexibility to run local, semi‑local, or regional depending on which account needs coverage. Drivers support multiple operations, perform a variety of tasks, and enjoy a consistent Monday–Friday schedule with optional Saturday work. Home time averages 2–3 days per week, and start times typically fall between 5:00 AM and 8:00 AM.

This fleet requires adaptability, professionalism, and strong customer service skills. Work may include both touch and no‑touch freight, tailgating, liftgate usage, and electric/manual pallet jack operation. Drivers start and end at the closest yard and may take equipment home if a safe parking location is available. PTO begins immediately, steel‑toe boots are required (provided or reimbursed), and drivers receive six paid holidays.

Position Highlights:

• Average annual earnings: $100,000+
• $385 daily rate
• ~2,000 miles per week
• $5,000 sign‑on bonus
• Mix of local, semi‑local, and regional work
• Support multiple accounts across the Midwest

Schedule:

• Monday–Friday
• Optional Saturday shift
• Start: 5:00 AM–8:00 AM
• 11–13 hour shifts
• Home 2–3 days weekly

Requirements:

• Class A CDL
• 3+ months experience
• Ability to handle touch & no‑touch freight
• Steel‑toe boots required
• Professional appearance & customer service

Equipment:

• Sleeper conventional tractors
• 53’ box & reefer trailers
• Take‑home allowed with safe parking

Bonus Terms:

• First payment after first dispatch
• Not eligible if employed within 60 days
• Must remain in position for full payout
