We are hiring experienced Class A CDL Drivers for a dedicated, full-time regional opportunity. This position offers excellent weekly earnings, consistent miles, and steady freight across a wide operating network.
This role is ideal for drivers looking for high CPM pay, strong earning potential, and consistent regional routes with a mix of day driving and overnight stays.
Position Highlights:
- Average annual earnings of $100,000+
- Mileage pay ranging from $0.74 to $0.76 CPM
- Average of approximately 1,800+ miles per week
- Full-time position with consistent freight
- Two consecutive days off each week
Route Information:
- Operating throughout a large regional network including Michigan, Ohio, Illinois, Indiana, North & South Dakota, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Iowa, Missouri, Kansas, Kentucky, Pennsylvania, New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Delaware, Maryland, Massachusetts, West Virginia, Tennessee, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Alabama, Florida, Oklahoma, Colorado, Nebraska, and Virginia
- Delivering window products to installation companies
- 2 to 3 loads per week
- Average of 8 stops per week (range 1–16 stops)
- 80% driver unload using liftgate trailers
- Freight is tailgated and moved to the rear of the trailer
- Carts and dollies available to assist
Schedule:
- Routes begin Sunday, Monday, or Tuesday (varies weekly)
- Start times between 3:00 AM and 6:00 AM
- Mix of day and night driving depending on route
- Deliveries typically made during the day
- Drivers average about 4 layovers per week
- Two consecutive days off, with at least one on the weekend
Compensation:
- Mileage-based pay between $0.74 and $0.76 CPM
- Consistent miles and activity supporting strong weekly earnings
Driver Responsibilities:
- Deliver freight to customer locations on time
- Assist with unloading by tailgating and moving product
- Handle multi-stop routes efficiently
- Maintain accurate paperwork and delivery records
- Provide professional customer service at delivery sites
Requirements:
- Valid Class A CDL
- Minimum of 3 months driving experience
- Ability to handle physical unloading duties
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Must have reliable transportation to and from terminal
- Ability to operate in both day and night driving conditions
Equipment:
- Automatic trucks (day cabs, sleepers, and some straight trucks)
- Liftgate trailers ranging from 28’ to 53’
- Trucks are parked at terminal during time off
