We are hiring experienced Class A CDL Drivers for a dedicated, full-time regional intermodal opportunity based out of Kansas City, KS (Edgerton Terminal). This position offers strong weekly earnings, consistent freight, and excellent bonus potential with flexible scheduling options.

Position Highlights:
- $10,000 sign-on bonus
- Average annual earnings of $78,000 to $82,000
- Mileage pay ranging from approximately $0.63 to $0.68 CPM
- Average of approximately 2,000 miles per week
- Full-time regional position with consistent freight
- Home weekly (5 days out / 2 days home)
Route Information:
- Operating within a 300-mile radius of Kansas City, KS
- Running intermodal containers to and from Kansas City and St. Louis rail hubs
- Markets include Kansas, Missouri, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Illinois, Iowa, and Nebraska
- Approximately 75% drop and hook / 25% live load and unload
- 100% no-touch freight
- High-volume, consistent freight network
Schedule:
- Tuesday through Saturday
- Multiple shifts and start times available
- Drivers can select preferred start times
- 5-day workweek with home time after
- Optional 6th day available for additional earnings
Compensation:
- CPM-based pay with annual increases
- $25 drop and hook pay
- $40 per live load/unload
- $15 per extra stop
- $15 crosstown and shuttle pay
- $30 per Hazmat load
- Detention pay of $20/hour
- Training pay of $225 per day
Sign-On Bonus:
- $10,000 total payout
- Paid in increments after dispatch milestones
- Must meet eligibility requirements and remain in position to receive full payout
Driver Responsibilities:
- Transport intermodal containers safely and efficiently
- Operate between rail yards and customer locations
- Maintain on-time pickup and delivery schedules
- Follow all safety and company policies
Requirements:
- Valid Class A CDL
- Minimum of 3 months driving experience
- Must obtain Hazmat endorsement within 90 days (reimbursement available)
- Strong work ethic and commitment to safety
- Ability to operate with ELD and company dispatch systems
Equipment:
- Automatic sleeper trucks (mostly Freightliners)
- Company-owned tractors, containers, and chassis
- Trucks equipped with inverters and logging systems
