We are hiring experienced Class A CDL Drivers for a dedicated, full-time regional opportunity based out of York, PA. This position offers excellent weekly earnings, consistent freight, and strong home time with a well-established grocery account.

Position Highlights:
- $5,000 sign-on bonus
- Average annual earnings of $95,000 to $105,000
- Mileage pay of $0.65 CPM
- Average of approximately 2,200+ miles per week
- Full-time position with consistent freight
- No-touch dry grocery freight
Route Information:
- Operating throughout Pennsylvania, Maryland, Delaware, New Jersey, Virginia, North Carolina, and South Carolina
- Primary lanes to North and South Carolina
- Approximately 2 round trips to the Carolinas per week
- 1 additional local workday near end of week
- Freight is preloaded at shipper
- 60% drop and hook / 40% live unload
- Backhauls required
Schedule:
- Sunday through Thursday
- Start times between 4:00 AM and 10:00 AM
- Drivers average 3 nights out per week in the truck
- Consistent weekly schedule
Compensation:
- Mileage-based pay at $0.65 CPM
- $44 per stop (average 6 stops per week)
- $20 drop and hook pay (average 6 per week)
- $20/hour for safety training
- Strong weekly earning potential with consistent miles and activity
Sign-On Bonus:
- $5,000 total payout
- Paid in increments after dispatch milestones
- Must meet eligibility requirements and remain in position to receive full payout
Driver Responsibilities:
- Transport palletized dry grocery freight
- Handle a mix of drop and hook and live unloads
- Complete backhauls and maintain delivery schedules
- Ensure safe and on-time deliveries
- Assist other operations when needed
Requirements:
- Valid Class A CDL
- Minimum of 3 months driving experience
- Strong work ethic and commitment to safety
- Ability to manage regional schedules and overnight runs
- Must have reliable transportation to and from the terminal

- Automatic sleeper trucks
- No slip seating
- Trucks remain at account during time off
