We are hiring experienced Class A CDL Drivers for a dedicated, full-time local opportunity based out of St. Paul, MN. This position offers steady weekly earnings, daily home time, and consistent intermodal freight in a well-supported operation.

Position Highlights:
- $5,000 sign-on bonus
- Average annual earnings of $79,000 to $85,000
- Mileage pay ranging from $0.48 to $0.53 CPM

Route Information:
- Operating within a 150-mile radius of St. Paul, MN
- 100% intermodal freight on company containers and chassis
- Approximately 50% drop and hook and 50% live load/unload
- Occasional refrigerated freight (about 5%)
- Potential to haul regulated freight such as alcohol or pork
Schedule:
- Various shifts and schedules available
- Average 50 hours per week (5 days, ~10 hours/day)
- Opportunity to work additional days based on freight volume
Compensation:
- Mileage-based pay ranging from $0.48 to $0.53 CPM
- $32 drop and hook pay
- Comprehensive “exception pay” plan including detention, breakdown, rail delay, and more
- Up to $1,000 annual safety bonus
- Strong weekly earning potential with consistent freight
Sign-On Bonus:
- $5,000 total payout
- Paid in increments after dispatch milestones
- Must meet eligibility requirements and remain in position to receive full bonus
Driver Responsibilities:
- Transport intermodal containers safely and efficiently
- Complete pickup and delivery from rail yards and customers
- Maintain on-time service and safety compliance
- Follow all company and customer operational procedures
Requirements:
- Valid Class A CDL
- Minimum of 3 months driving experience
- Strong work ethic and safety focus
- Ability to handle intermodal operations and flexible workload
- Must comply with no-smoking policy inside trucks
