We are hiring experienced Class A CDL Drivers for a dedicated, full-time regional opportunity. This position offers strong weekly earnings, consistent miles, and steady freight with predictable scheduling.
This role is ideal for drivers looking to maximize miles and income while running reliable regional routes.
Position Highlights:
- Average annual earnings of $90,500 to $100,000
- Mileage pay of $0.63 CPM
- Average of approximately 2,000+ miles per week
- Full-time position with consistent freight
- Opportunity to take truck home with approval
Route Information:
- Operating throughout North Dakota, South Dakota, Minnesota, Iowa, Wisconsin, Missouri, Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Nebraska, Kentucky, and Ohio
- Delivering mattresses to distributors, retail locations, and hotels
- 3 to 4 loads per week
- Average of 14 stops per week
- 100% preloaded freight
- Driver assists by moving freight to the tailgate; customer completes unloading
- Approximately 25% of loads are no-touch
Schedule:
- Tuesday through Saturday schedule
- Delivery windows between 4:00 AM and 6:00 PM
- Start times vary based on route requirements
- Some runs may require a 10-hour reset on the road
- All deliveries scheduled Monday through Friday
- Drivers typically off Thanksgiving and likely Christmas Day
Compensation:
- Flat rate of $0.63 CPM
- $38 per stop
- Consistent miles and steady earning potential
Driver Responsibilities:
- Move freight to the tailgate for delivery
- Handle multi-stop routes efficiently
- Maintain accurate paperwork and on-time delivery performance
- Assist other dedicated accounts when needed
Requirements:
- Valid Class A CDL
- Minimum of 3 months driving experience
- Ability to assist with physical aspects of freight handling
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Flexibility to work across multiple routes and accounts
