We are hiring experienced Class A CDL Drivers for a high-paying, full-time regional opportunity. This position offers strong weekly earnings, consistent miles, and excellent bonus potential in a hands-on driving role.

Position Highlights:
- Average annual earnings of $95,000 to $115,000
- Mileage pay ranging from $0.76 to $0.79 CPM
- Average of approximately 1,900+ miles per week
- Full-time position with consistent routes
- Weekly home time with 34-hour reset
- Truck can be taken home
Route Information:
- Operating throughout multiple states including IA, WI, IL, KY, IN, OH, WV, PA, NJ, CT, RI, VT, NH, MA, ME, NY, FL, LA, CO, CA, WA, UT, and MT
- Primarily Northeast-focused deliveries with nationwide coverage as needed
- Multi-stop loads averaging 5 to 6 stops (up to 24 on high-volume runs)
- Freight consists of boxed cabinets weighing approximately 50–75 lbs
- Hand unload required (tailgating and down stacking)
- Deliveries to retail stores and warehouse locations
- Average unload time of 1 to 1.5 hours per stop
Schedule:
- Sunday through Friday or Monday through Saturday schedules available
- Start times between 4:00 AM and 7:00 AM
- Primarily daytime driving
- Weekend work possible to position for Monday deliveries
- Weekly 34-hour reset with time off typically over the weekend
Compensation:
- Mileage-based pay ranging from $0.76 to $0.79 CPM
- $40 per stop
- $100 monthly safety bonus (no incidents)
- $300 quarterly performance bonus
- $500 retention bonus every 6 months
- Parking reimbursement up to $100 per month
- Total bonus potential up to $3,400+ annually
Minimum Pay Program:
- $1,300 weekly minimum (0–6 months)
- $1,400 weekly minimum (6+ months)
- Must meet performance, attendance, and availability requirements
Driver Responsibilities:
- Hand unload freight using tailgate method (no pallet jack or dolly)
- Handle multi-stop deliveries efficiently and safely
- Maintain on-time performance and accurate paperwork
- Provide professional customer service at all delivery locations
Requirements:
- Valid Class A CDL
- Minimum of 6 months driving experience
- Ability to handle physically demanding freight
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Willingness to assist other operations when needed
