We are hiring experienced Class A CDL Drivers for a dedicated, full-time opportunity based out of East Granby, CT, supporting operations in Westfield, MA. This position offers consistent local routes, steady earnings, and daily home time in a fast-paced delivery environment.

Position Highlights:
- Average annual earnings of $70,000
- Mileage pay ranging from $0.50 to $0.54 CPM
- Average of 1,800+ miles per week
- Home daily
- Full-time position with consistent routes
Route Information:
- Operating within a 250-mile radius of Westfield, MA
- Deliveries throughout Massachusetts, Connecticut, New Jersey, Vermont, Rhode Island, and New Hampshire
- Multistop grocery deliveries to supermarkets and distribution centers
- Average of 30+ stops per week
- Mix of fresh and frozen freight
- Driver assist unloading using pallet jack (manual or electric)
- Occasional backhauls and return product pickups
Schedule:
- Tuesday through Saturday
- Start times between 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM
- Typical shifts are 12 to 14 hours
- Occasional layovers with hotel provided
- Drivers should expect to work holidays
Compensation:
- Mileage-based pay between $0.50 and $0.54 CPM
- $50 daily rate (must work full schedule to qualify)
- Stop pay varies by location:
- $19–$20.50 for dock stops
- $23–$24.50 for non-NYC stops
- $30–$31.50 for NYC borough and Boston deliveries
- $100 layover pay
- Detention pay (after arrival within delivery window)
Equipment:
- Automatic day cab trucks
- Refrigerated trailers
- Slip-seat operation
- Trucks remain at the facility
Requirements:
- Valid Class A CDL
- Minimum of 3 months driving experience
- Must have personal transportation to and from the terminal
- Ability to assist with unloading freight
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Willingness to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
