We are hiring experienced Class A CDL Drivers for a dedicated, full-time regional opportunity based out of East Brunswick, NJ. This position offers strong weekly earnings, consistent miles, and predictable work schedules with frequent home time.

Position Highlights:
- Average annual earnings of $90,000
- Mileage pay of $0.68 CPM
- Average of 2,350 miles per week

Route Information:
- Operating throughout New York, Massachusetts, Maine, Connecticut, New Hampshire, Vermont, and New Jersey
- Pick up preloaded trailers from distribution centers and deliver to retail locations
- Mix of drop and hook and live unload deliveries
- Limited Long Island deliveries (no NYC boroughs)
- Backhaul pickups required from third-party locations
- Approximately 5 stops per run
- Freight variety with consistent volume
Schedule:
- Work schedule: Friday through Tuesday
- Start times between 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM
- Drivers typically get home 2 to 3 times during the week plus a 34-hour reset
- 24/7 operation requiring flexibility
- Rotating 6-day schedules during major holidays (Easter, July 4th, Thanksgiving, Christmas)
- Routes may vary during peak season (October through January)
Compensation:
- $0.68 CPM
- $40 per stop
- $25 drop and hook pay
- $20 daily rate (must work all scheduled days to qualify)
- Paid safety training at $20 per hour
Requirements:
- Valid Class A CDL
- Minimum of 3 months driving experience
- Must have reliable transportation to and from the terminal
- Strong work ethic and commitment to safety
- Ability to meet on-time delivery expectations
- Willingness to support other freight or accounts when needed
Equipment:
- Assigned automatic sleeper trucks
- Slip seating may be required if needed
- Trucks must be parked at the terminal during time off
