We are hiring experienced Class A CDL Drivers for a dedicated, full-time regional opportunity based out of Portland, OR. This position offers high weekly earnings, consistent miles, and reliable freight with no-touch deliveries.
This role is ideal for drivers looking for strong pay, steady routes, and the opportunity to run both U.S. and Canada lanes.
Position Highlights:
- Average annual earnings of $103,500
- Mileage pay ranging from $0.65 to $0.69 CPM (with annual increases)
- Average of 2,400+ miles per week
- Full-time position with consistent freight
- No-touch dry van freight
- Assigned trucks
Route Information:
- Operating throughout California, Arizona, Idaho, Utah, Colorado, Oregon, Washington, and Canada (British Columbia & Alberta)
- Loads originate from Portland, OR
- Weekly deliveries into Canada (5 to 7 stops per week)
- Additional deliveries throughout major western U.S. markets
- Mix of multi-stop and single-stop loads
- Average unload time around 45 minutes
- Backhauls required as needed (approximately 1 per week)
Schedule:
- Monday through Saturday schedule
- Start times between 3:00 AM and 7:00 AM
- Average 11 to 12 hour workdays
- 4 to 5 layovers per week
- Holiday work required based on customer demand
Compensation:
- Mileage-based pay between $0.65 and $0.69 CPM
- Annual increases up to max pay
- $65 per Canadian stop
- $35 per stop
- Consistent miles supporting strong weekly earnings
Requirements:
- Valid Class A CDL
- Minimum of 3 months driving experience
- Must obtain a passport within 30 days of hire
- Ability to legally enter and exit Canada
- Willingness to run Canada routes weekly
- Ability to chain when required and operate in winter conditions
- Flexibility with backhaul scheduling and route changes
- Strong work ethic and commitment to safety
Equipment:
- Automatic sleeper trucks (assigned)
- Freightliner or International models
- Trucks must remain at account during time off
