We are hiring experienced Class A CDL Drivers for a dedicated, full-time regional opportunity. This position offers strong weekly earnings, consistent miles, and frequent home time depending on route assignments.
This role is ideal for drivers looking for high mileage, steady freight, and the opportunity to be home regularly while running regional routes.
Position Highlights:
- Average annual earnings of $87,800 to $98,100
- Mileage pay ranging from $0.61 to $0.65 CPM
- Average of 2,100+ miles per week
- Full-time position with consistent freight
- Frequent home time throughout the week (often 1–3 times)
Route Information:
- Operating throughout Texas, Oklahoma, Kansas, Nebraska, South Dakota, North Dakota, Colorado, New Mexico, Louisiana, Wyoming, Arkansas, and Tennessee
- Dedicated tire deliveries from distribution centers to retail locations
- Average of 3 loads per week
- Approximately 14 stops per week
- Preloaded trailers with consistent routes
- Drivers handle unloading and delivery at each stop
Schedule:
- Work schedule: Sunday through Thursday or Monday through Friday
- Start times between 3:00 AM and 1:00 PM depending on route
- Typical workdays are 10 to 14 hours
- Most drivers are home at least weekly for a 10-hour reset, with many home multiple times per week
- PTO accrual begins immediately
Compensation:
- Mileage-based pay ranging from $0.61 to $0.65 CPM based on experience
- $21 per stop
- Consistent miles and earning potential with steady freight
Driver Responsibilities:
- Unload and roll tires from trailer at delivery locations
- Handle freight weighing approximately 30 to 200 lbs
- Count and verify deliveries at each stop
- Assist with additional parts or supplies using a dolly
- Secure loads and complete accurate paperwork
- Provide professional customer service at delivery locations
Requirements:
- Valid Class A CDL
- Minimum of 3 months driving experience
- Ability to handle physically demanding work
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Professional appearance and customer service skills
- Willingness to assist other operations when needed
