We are hiring experienced Class A CDL Drivers for a dedicated, full-time opportunity based out of Blue Ash, OH (ZIP 45242). This position offers strong weekly earnings, consistent local routes, and daily home time in a fast-paced, hands-on driving role.

Position Highlights:

Route Information:
- Deliveries to store locations throughout Ohio, Indiana, and Kentucky
- 2 to 4 loads per day with 6 to 8 stops
- Daily mileage of approximately 200 to 300 miles
- 100% touch freight with driver unloading using a powered pallet jack
- Running freight between Blue Ash and Woodlawn facilities as needed
Schedule:
- 3rd shift position with 9:00 PM start time
- Typical workday is 10 to 12 hours
- Runs include nights, weekends, and holidays
- Holiday weeks and the week prior are mandatory
- 24/7 operation with consistent overnight schedules
Compensation:
- Mileage-based pay ranging from $0.56 to $0.62 CPM based on experience
- $20 per stop
- $37 per unload
- $20 per backhaul
- $25 per pallet restack
- $25 per clean inspection
Training:
- 2-day ride-along training
- Paid at $100 per day
Requirements:
- Valid Class A CDL
- Minimum of 3 months driving experience
- Must live within 50 miles of Blue Ash, OH
- Must have personal transportation to and from the distribution center
- Willingness to unload freight and perform physical work
- Must be flexible and available for nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be willing to run support for Woodlawn when needed
