We are hiring experienced Class A CDL Drivers for a dedicated, full-time opportunity based out of Shelbyville, IN (ZIP 46176). This position offers strong weekly earnings, consistent local routes, and daily home time in a fast-paced, hands-on driving role.

Position Highlights:
- $2,500 sign-on bonus

Route Information:
- Local deliveries throughout Indiana, Illinois, and Ohio
- Average of 1,400 to 1,600 miles per week
- Store delivery routes with multiple stops
- Freight is unloaded into store backrooms using a motorized pallet jack
Schedule:
- Assigned start times: 10:00 PM–12:00 AM or 2:00 AM–5:00 AM
- 24/7 operation with runs including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Drivers are required to work a 6th day during holiday weeks
- Consistent weekly schedule with rotating workdays
Compensation:
- Mileage-based pay ranging from $0.56 to $0.62 CPM based on experience
- $20 stop pay
- $55 per trailer unload
- $15 per hour breakdown pay
- $15 per hour detention pay after 2 hours
Sign-On Bonus:
- $2,500 total payout
- $500 after first load
- $500 at 30 days
- $250 at 60 days
- $250 at 90 days
- $250 at 120 days
- $250 at 150 days
- $500 at 180 days
- Must be an active driver at time of payout
Training:
- 1–2 day ride-along training
- Paid at $100 per day
Requirements:
- Valid Class A CDL
- Minimum of 3 months driving experience
- Must have personal transportation to and from the distribution center
- Must live within the hiring area
- Willingness to unload freight using a motorized pallet jack
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Flexibility with schedule in a slip-seat operation
