We are hiring experienced Class A CDL Drivers for a dedicated, full-time opportunity offering daily home time, consistent routes, and dependable earnings. This position is ideal for drivers who want to be home every day while maintaining steady miles and income.
This role provides a mix of dry and refrigerated no-touch freight with a combination of live unload and drop and hook deliveries.
Position Highlights:
- $1,500 sign-on bonus
- Average weekly pay of $1,350 with potential to earn more
- Home daily with 2 days off per week

Route Information:
- Deliveries within 250 miles of the distribution center
- Serving locations throughout Ohio, Kentucky, and Indiana
- Average of 1,600 to 1,700 miles per week
- Mix of live unload and drop and hook freight
Schedule:
- 24/7 operation with flexible start times
- Must be available for nights, weekends, and holidays
- Shifts average 12 hours per day
- Part-time option available (8–36 hours per week)
Compensation:
- Mileage-based pay ranging from $0.57 to $0.63 CPM based on experience
- $51.50 per backhaul
- $20 per stop after the first stop
- $75 holiday pay
- $45 minimum pay for short routes (under 96 miles)
Sign-On Bonus:
- $1,500 total payout
- $250 after first load
- $500 at 30 days
- $250 at 60 days
- $500 at 90 days
- Must be an active driver at time of payout
Training:
- 1-day ride-along training
- Paid at $100
Requirements:
- Valid Class A CDL
- Minimum of 3 months driving experience
- Must have reliable transportation to and from the DC
- Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong work ethic and commitment to safety
