We are hiring experienced Class A CDL Drivers for a dedicated, full-time opportunity based out of Terre Haute, IN. This position offers consistent miles, strong weekly pay, and predictable home time, making it ideal for drivers looking for stability and high earning potential.

Position Highlights:

Route Information:
- All loads originate and return to Terre Haute, IN
- Delivery areas include the Midwest, Texas, Florida, Georgia, Tennessee, and Colorado
- Average of 2,000 to 2,500 miles per week
- Primarily dry van freight (paper products) with occasional backhauls
- 2 to 3 stops per load with efficient unload times (approximately 30 minutes per stop)
- Drivers assist with load securement equipment and floor placement alongside store personnel
Schedule:
- Home every two weeks with the ability to reset at home when delivering nearby
- Must be available for days, nights, and weekend shifts
- Consistent routes with predictable scheduling
Compensation:
- Mileage-based pay ranging from $0.54 to $0.60 CPM based on experience
- $10 per stop
- $100 layover pay after 24 hours
- $15 per hour detention pay after 2 hours
Sign-On Bonus:
- $2,500 total payout
- $500 after first load
- $500 at 30 days
- $250 at 60 days
- $250 at 90 days
- $250 at 120 days
- $250 at 150 days
- $500 at 180 days
- Must be an active driver at time of payout
Requirements:
- Valid Class A CDL
- Minimum of 3 months driving experience
- Ability to handle multi-stop deliveries efficiently
- Availability for all shifts including nights and weekends
- Strong work ethic and commitment to safety
