We are hiring experienced Class A CDL Drivers for a dedicated, full-time opportunity based out of Ashley, IN. This position offers strong weekly earnings, frequent home time, and consistent freight in an active, hands-on driving role.
This role is ideal for drivers who want to be home multiple times during the week while earning top pay and staying active on the job.
Position Highlights:
- $2,500 sign-on bonus
- Average weekly pay of $1,600 to $1,800
- Top performers earning up to $2,200 per week
- Annual earnings of $80,000 to $115,000+
- Home 3 to 4 times per week (typically every other day for a 10-hour break)
- Full-time position with consistent freight
- Paid training program
Route Information:
- Deliveries throughout Indiana, Michigan, Illinois, Ohio, and Wisconsin
- Average of 1,110 miles per week
- Approximately 3 loads per week
- 3 to 5 stops per route
- 100% touch freight with driver unloading required
Schedule:
- Early morning deliveries with required night driving
- Must complete a 10-hour break prior to unload
- Night, weekend, and holiday deliveries may be required
- Frequent home time throughout the week plus 34-hour reset
Compensation:
- Mileage-based pay ranging from $0.80 to $0.86 CPM based on experience
- $325 per trailer unload
- $30 per backhaul
- Strong earning potential through activity and productivity
Sign-On Bonus:
- $2,500 total payout
- $250 after first load
- $250 at 30 days
- $250 at 60 days
- $500 at 90 days
- $250 at 120 days
- $250 at 150 days
- $750 at 180 days
- Must be an active driver at time of payout
Training:
- 1-week ride-along training
- Paid at $150 per day
Requirements:
- Valid Class A CDL
- Minimum of 3 months driving experience
- Ability to handle physically demanding unloading
- Ability to work in extreme temperatures
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Must have secure parking for truck and trailer during home time (must include two forms of security such as cameras or gated access)
- Drivers must bring two weeks’ worth of supplies to orientation
- Strong work ethic and commitment to safety
