We are hiring experienced Class A CDL Drivers for a dedicated, full-time opportunity based out of Front Royal, VA. This position offers strong weekly earnings, frequent home time, and consistent routes in a fast-paced, hands-on driving role.
This role is ideal for drivers who want to be home multiple times during the week while earning competitive pay and staying active on the job.
Position Highlights:
- $2,500 sign-on bonus
- Average weekly pay of $1,300+
- Top performers earning up to $2,000 per week
- Home 3 to 4 times per week (typically every other day for a 10-hour break)

Route Information:
- Deliveries within a 700-mile radius of Front Royal, VA
- Operating areas include Virginia, North Carolina, Washington DC, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Ohio, and West Virginia
- Average of 1,500 miles per week
- 1 to 6 stops per trailer
- 100% touch freight with live unloads at store locations
Schedule:
- Drivers must be available to run nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled
- Minimum of 3 loads per week required
- Workdays vary based on delivery routes and reset planning
- Frequent home time throughout the week plus 34-hour reset
Compensation:
- Mileage-based pay ranging from $0.60 to $0.73 CPM based on experience
- $250 per full trailer unload
- $125 weekly bonus for completing 3 or more loads
- $35 per backhaul
- Additional earning potential based on productivity
Sign-On Bonus:
- $2,500 total payout
- $250 after first load
- $250 at 30 days
- $250 at 60 days
- $500 at 90 days
- $250 at 120 days
- $250 at 150 days
- $750 at 180 days
- Must be an active driver at time of payout
Training:
- 1-week ride-along training
- Paid at $150 per day
Requirements:
- Valid Class A CDL
- Minimum of 3 months driving experience
- Ability to handle physically demanding unloading
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Flexibility with schedule and routes
- Double endorsement preferred but not required
