We are hiring experienced Class A CDL Drivers for a dedicated, full-time opportunity based out of Joliet, IL. This position offers strong weekly earnings, frequent home time, and a stable, high-demand freight lane.
This role is ideal for drivers who want to be home multiple times during the week while maintaining consistent income in a hands-on driving position.
Position Highlights:
- $2,500 sign-on bonus
- Average weekly pay of $1,500 to $1,700
- Top performers earning $2,000+ per week
- Home 3 to 4 times per week (typically every other day for a 10-hour break)
- Full-time position with consistent freight
- Paid training and onboarding
Route Information:
- Deliveries to locations throughout Illinois, Wisconsin, Indiana, Michigan, Iowa, and Kentucky
- Average of 800 to 1,000 miles per week
- Consistent store delivery routes
- 100% touch freight with unloading required
Schedule:
- Drivers must be available Sunday through Saturday
- Workdays and routes vary based on delivery schedules
- Home frequently throughout the week plus 34-hour reset
Compensation:
- Mileage-based pay ranging from $0.82 to $0.85 CPM based on experience
- $245 per unloaded trailer
- $70 per backhaul
- $25 per stop
- Additional earning opportunities based on productivity
Sign-On Bonus:
- $2,500 total payout
- $250 after first load
- $250 at 30 days
- $250 at 60 days
- $500 at 90 days
- $250 at 120 days
- $250 at 150 days
- $750 at 180 days
- Must be an active driver at time of payout
Training:
- 2-day ride-along training program
- Paid at $150 per day
Requirements:
- Valid Class A CDL
- Minimum of 3 months driving experience
- Ability to handle physically demanding work and unload freight safely
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Flexibility with scheduling and routes
- Must be able to park at designated terminals in Markham or Joliet (no take-home trucks)
