We are hiring experienced Class A CDL Drivers for a dedicated, full-time opportunity offering consistent miles, reliable home time, and strong weekly earnings. This position combines the stability of a dedicated lane with the flexibility of an OTR operation.
This role is ideal for drivers with strong trip-planning skills who want predictable freight and dependable weekly home time.
Position Highlights:
- $4,000 sign-on bonus
- Home weekly with a 34-hour reset
- Weekly minimum pay of $1,400 (based on eligibility)
- Average annual earnings around $78,000
- 100% no-touch freight
- 80% drop and hook, 20% live load/unload
- Full-time position with consistent routes
Route Information:
- Operating within Ohio and surrounding regions
- Includes intra-Ohio lanes and routes into the Southeast and Northeast
- No New York City runs
- Drivers must be flexible to run multiple lane types
- Consistent freight with steady miles
Schedule:
- Home weekly with 34-hour reset, typically starting Saturday
- Opportunity to get home during the week for a 10-hour break
- Must be available for 5.5 days per week
- Routes and schedules vary based on freight demand
Compensation:
- Weekly minimum pay of $1,400 (must meet availability, service, and on-time requirements)
- Detention pay of $12.50 per hour after 2 hours (or higher where required by law)
- Layover and breakdown pay of $100 per day (or higher where required by law)
Sign-On Bonus:
- $4,000 total payout
- $500 after first load
- $500 at months 1 through 5
- $1,000 at month 6
- Must be an active driver at time of payout
Requirements:
- Valid Class A CDL
- Minimum of 3 months driving experience
- Strong trip-planning and time management skills
- Flexibility to run multiple route types
- Strong work ethic and commitment to safety
