We are hiring experienced Class A CDL Drivers for a dedicated, full-time opportunity offering consistent miles, reliable home time, and strong weekly earnings. This position is designed to provide the stability of a dedicated lane while operating within an OTR structure.
This role is ideal for drivers with strong trip-planning skills who want predictable freight, steady income, and weekly home time.
Position Highlights:
- $4,000 sign-on bonus
- Home weekly with a 34-hour reset
- Average weekly pay with a guaranteed minimum of $1,350 (if available for 5.5 days)
- Average annual earnings around $70,000
- 100% no-touch freight
- Full-time position with consistent routes
Route Information:
- Operating throughout Iowa, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan, Missouri, Nebraska, Ohio, and Wisconsin
- Preloaded trailers with live unload deliveries
- 1 to 3 stops per load
- Average of 3 to 5 loads per week
- Approximately 1,750 miles per week
Schedule:
- Weekly home time with a 34-hour reset
- Consistent, predictable routes
- Strong trip-planning and time management required
Compensation:
- Weekly minimum pay of $1,350 or mileage pay, whichever is greater (must be available 5.5 days)
- Detention pay of $12.50 per hour after 2 hours (or higher where required by law)
- Layover and breakdown pay of $100 per day (or higher where required by law)
- Performance bonus of up to an additional 3 CPM based on safety, mileage, and productivity
Sign-On Bonus:
- $4,000 total payout
- $500 after first load
- $500 at months 1 through 5
- $1,000 at month 6
- Must be an active driver at time of payout
Requirements:
- Valid Class A CDL
- Minimum of 3 months driving experience
- Strong trip-planning and time management skills
- Strong work ethic and commitment to safety
