We are hiring experienced Class A CDL Drivers for a dedicated regional opportunity offering excellent pay, consistent miles, and guaranteed weekend home time. This position is ideal for drivers seeking a reliable schedule with strong earning potential and flexibility to run additional miles if desired.
Drivers operate within the Northeast region, handling a mix of live loads and preloaded trailers while maintaining a predictable weekly reset at home.
Position Highlights:
- $4,000 sign-on bonus
- Home every weekend (Saturday and Sunday, 34-hour reset)
- Option to stay out and run weekend freight for additional miles and pay
- Full-time position with consistent regional routes
- Combination of live loads and preloaded trailers
Route Information:
- Primary running area includes Virginia through Maine, and west to Eastern Ohio
- Typical routes from Northern North Carolina to Maine
- Occasional loads outside core region to maximize miles
- Average of 1,500 miles per week
- Average length of haul around 400 miles
- NYC deliveries are optional (not required, but available)
Schedule:
- Weekly 34-hour reset at home on weekends
- Drivers may choose to run through weekends for additional earnings
- Routes and miles vary based on Hours of Service and availability
Compensation:
- CPM based on experience:
- 3–11 months: $0.80 CPM
- 1 year: $0.81 CPM
- 2 years: $0.82 CPM
- 3 years: $0.83 CPM
- 4 years: $0.84 CPM
- 5+ years: $0.85 CPM
- Stop pay: $20 (1st), $35 (2nd), $50 (3rd+)
- $65 additional pay for Long Island deliveries
- Detention pay: $12.50 per hour after 2 hours (or higher where required by law)
- Performance bonus of up to an additional 3 CPM
Sign-On Bonus:
- $4,000 total payout
- $500 after first load
- $500 each month for months 1–5
- $1,000 at month 6
- Must be an active driver at time of payout
Requirements:
- Valid Class A CDL
- Minimum of 3 months driving experience
- Strong work ethic and commitment to safety
- Ability to operate in a regional driving environment
