We are hiring experienced Class A CDL Team Drivers for a dedicated, full-time opportunity based out of Gilroy, CA. This position offers strong weekly earnings, consistent long-haul routes, and reliable home time every other week.
This role is ideal for established teams or solo drivers willing to be paired who are looking for steady miles, predictable schedules, and no-touch refrigerated freight in a well-supported operation.
Position Highlights:
- Average weekly pay of $1,896 per driver
- Average annual pay of $98,599 per driver
- Full-time team position with consistent routes
- Home every two weeks
- No-touch refrigerated freight
- Consistent long-haul, round-trip lanes
Route Information:
- Runs originate from Gilroy, CA
- Deliveries to distribution centers in Illinois, Michigan, Ohio, New Jersey, Massachusetts, Georgia, and Florida
- Return loads back to California
- Mix of live load and live unload
- Consistent freight with steady miles
Schedule:
- Home every two weeks
- Predictable, repeatable team routes
- Schedule may vary based on freight demand
Compensation:
- Mileage-based pay (split between team drivers)
- Safe and on-time bonus of up to 3%
Requirements:
- Valid Class A CDL
- Minimum of 3 months driving experience
- Existing teams welcome
- Solo drivers willing to be paired are encouraged to apply
- Must live within 100 miles of Gilroy, CA or Colton, CA
- Drivers in Southern California must have reliable transportation to and from the Colton, CA terminal
- Strong work ethic and commitment to safety
