We are hiring experienced Class A CDL Drivers for a dedicated, full-time opportunity based out of Front Royal, VA. This position offers strong weekly earnings, consistent routes, and dependable home time, making it ideal for drivers who want stability without being out for extended periods.
Drivers on this account haul mostly refrigerated, no-touch freight with predictable lanes and 24/7 operational support.
Position Highlights:
- Average weekly pay of $1,550
- Average annual pay of $80,600

Route Information:
- Loads originate from Front Royal, VA
- Routes throughout the Northeast and Midwest
- Operating areas include Massachusetts, Connecticut, New York (Albany and Syracuse), New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Maryland, Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Ohio, Indiana, and Kentucky
- Backhaul opportunities from western New York
- Consistent freight with steady miles
Schedule:
- Home time at least every other week with a 34-hour reset
- Weekly home time available for drivers living near Front Royal, VA
- Night driving is required
- Routes and schedules may vary based on freight demand
Compensation:
- Mileage-based pay
- Detention pay available
- Safe and on-time performance bonus of up to 3%
Requirements:
- Valid Class A CDL
- Minimum of 3 months driving experience
- Must obtain Hazmat endorsement within 90 days of hire
- Strong work ethic and commitment to safety
