We are hiring experienced Class A CDL OTR Drivers for a full-time opportunity offering strong weekly earnings, consistent miles, and reliable home time every other weekend. This position is ideal for drivers seeking steady income while maintaining a balance between time on the road and time at home.
Drivers will enjoy a no-touch freight environment with a mix of drop and hook and live unload deliveries, along with flexible dispatch designed to maximize efficiency and earnings.
Position Highlights:
- Average weekly pay of $1,400 to $1,700
- Home every other weekend
- 100% no-touch freight
- 50–60% drop and hook, 40–50% live unload
- No forced dispatch into New York City or boroughs
- Full-time position with consistent miles
Route Information:
- Operating across all 48 states
- Majority of freight east of I-35, with nationwide coverage
- Average of 2,000 miles per week
- Top drivers run 2,300 to 3,000+ miles per week
- Average length of haul around 400 miles
- Dispatch is flexible and designed with your productivity and preferences in mind
Schedule:
- Out on the road with home time every other weekend
- Routes and miles may vary based on Hours of Service and availability
Compensation:
- Mileage pay ranging from $0.48 to $0.64 CPM based on experience and location
- Detention pay of $12.50 per hour after 2 hours (or higher where required by law)
- Layover and breakdown pay of $100 per day (or higher where required by law)
- Performance bonus of up to an additional 3 CPM based on safety, mileage, and productivity
- Sign-on bonus may be available
Requirements:
- Valid Class A CDL
- Minimum of 3 months driving experience
- Strong work ethic and commitment to safety
- Ability to operate efficiently in an OTR environment
